Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
An item will not be accepted for a return, exchange, or refund if it fails to meet our quality control assessment. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

Removed Tags: The original brand tags, security tags, or labels must be fully intact and attached to the garment. If the tag has been cut, altered, or removed, the item is considered final sale.

Signs of Wear: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any visible signs of use, marks, stains, or damage.

Scent Alterations: Garments must be free of any external odors. Items that carry the scent of perfume, cologne, laundry detergents, body odors, or smoke will be strictly rejected and returned to the sender.
Please Note: Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team. If an item is rejected due to any of the reasons listed above, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
